Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Support independence and community participation
- Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
- Ensure health, safety, and respectful care
- Complete required documentation
Qualification
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as applicable)
- Willingness to complete Ohio DODD-required training
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
